Puget Sound Energy, Washington state’s oldest energy company, has provided safe, reliable, and affordable energy to the Seattle region’s 4 million residents since 1877. 

Join SeattleCIO member Margaret Hopkins of Puget Sound Energy for an exploration of the modernizations made to the Snoqualmie Falls Hydroelectric Plant, one of America’s oldest hydro power plants, for operation in the 21st century and beyond. 

Sturdy footwear is required for the tour, such as a work boot or light hiking boot with a traction type sole. Puget Sound Energy will provide the additional PPE (hard hats, vests, and safety glasses).
